Return and Refund Policy
Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Any items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and insure your package, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.
Damaged Item:
Upon receiving your order, please examine it carefully and notify us promptly in the event of any defects, damages, or incorrect items. This will enable us to assess the situation and take corrective action as necessary.
Non-returnable/ refundable items:
Items which are made to order or custom made are not returnable or refundable.
